Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping FeesWe do have a minimum shipping fee of $4.75. Our shipping charges reflect average costs. Your shipping total will show in your cart BEFORE checkout. Since shipping costs can vary widely based on weight and destination, it is our policy to refund gross differences. Orders to locations other than the 50 US states will receive an invoice with a definitive shipping total when we process your order, based on current international postal rates.

Shipping InfoItems will be shipped through the most appropriate carrier for each order. Most items ship within 48-72 hours of receipt of payment. Items paid for with money orders will be shipped as soon as money order has cleared. Average delivery time is 7 to 14 days. |
Return PolicyWe attempt to package all of our items well, however, in some rare cases an item may be damaged in shipping. Merchandise damage due to shipment handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this with the driver. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the original packing and damaged items and e-mail us for instructions. Shipping carriers often require that all contents and packaging be inspected before they will settle a claim, so we may need to have the items returned to us.
If your item is received in a damaged condition, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.
To return an undamaged item for any reason, contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will issue a Return Authorization #. Items returned without an RA# will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. A returned item must be returned in its original packing. The item and packing must not be marked, scratched, defaced or in used condition. We do NOT refund shipping charges.

Due to the personal nature of these items, engraved items are NOT RETURNABLE,unless we have made an error such as spelling or font requested. If this occurs, please contact us immediately. |

Out of Stock Policy
We maintain a 95% in stock rate. However, in the event that an item is not immediately available, we will contact you
to offer alternatives; including, but not limited to, substitution, refund of monies paid, or backorder of the item. |
